What happens when the headliner can’t get to the gig…

When flight cancellations prevent a headliner reaching a gig, what happens? This review by Mike Collins from Bristol, telling what happened after Will Vinson coudn’t make it from Spain speaks volumes about the strength in depth, the capable hands, the resilience, the creativity of the musicians we have here in the UK. As Mike writes: “Top class bands often feed off the energy and response of an audience, and that effect seemed to be amplified tonight, adding to the intensity.”

Amen to that.
