News: More Acts Confirmed for Love Supreme Jazz Festival (5-7th July)



The Love Supreme Festival has just announced that Charles Bradley (who released his first album in 2011 at age 62 and has an interesting backstory) and his band the Extraordinaires, and nine other acts will be joining the festival’s line-up.

The festival has also confirmed trumpeter/film composer Terence Blanchard, songwriter Eric Bibb, electro-swing duo Kitten & the Hip, clarinettist Arun Ghosh, Troyka, the Ryan Quigley Big Band who will be playing their interpretations of classic Beatles songs, pianist/singer Oli Rockberger, and Brass Jaw (3 saxophones and a trumpet) who play without a rhythm section. The Dance Tent will feature live music and DJ’s arranged by White Mink V Peppermint Candy on Saturday 6th July and Funky Sensation on Friday 5th July.

The festival takes place from the 5-7th July at Glynde Place near Lewes, East Sussex.
