Throughout June, Chappell of Bond Street (which is actually at 152 Wardour Street, directions HERE) are hosting a ‘Silent Saturdays’ series where they will be demonstrating Yamaha’s new range of silent instruments (instruments which feel and play the same as acoustics but have the ability to become almost silent for practising).

There will be a range of instruments demonstrated from pianos to drum kits, guitars to cellos and recitals given by Bert Smorenburg (seen demonstrating the silent piano in the above video), the Street Nelms Quintet, and the Abraxas Ensemble.
