The I Love Me Medley

Saxophonist Frank Griffith started something on Facebook. In homage to the narcissism of Stan Getz, suggesting a How about me medley.

In Frank’s version : “It opens with All the things I am followed by I do something to you leading directly into Aren’t you glad I’m me and closes with Me and the Night and the Music.

There are several contributions, but bassist Mark Simon completely cleared the board with the following cadastre of self-absorption:

I Love Me Body and Soul
Exactly Like Me
And I Love Me
Could It Be Me?
I’d Be….So Easy To Love
Gee Baby…Ain’t I Good To Me?
Getting To Know Me
I Loves Me Yeah Yeah Yeah
I Want To Hold My Hand
I Was Just Seventeen
I Concentrate On Me
I Hadn’t Anyone Till Me
I Mean Me
I Remember Me
If I Had Me
If I should Lose Me
I’m Confessing That I Love Me
I’m Glad There Is Me
In My Own Sweet Way
I’ve Got A Crush On Me….Sweetie Pie
I’ve Got Me Under My Skin
I’ve Grown Accustomed to My Face
Lover….When I’m Near Me…
My Heart Belongs To Me
My Old Flame….I Can’t Remember My Name
The Nearness Of Me
On the Street Where I Live
People Will Say I’m In Love With Myself
The Song Is Me
This I Dig Of Me
The Very Thought Of Me
Wait Till I See Me
The Way I Look Tonight
What Am I Doing With The Rest Of My Life?
Will I Still Be Mine?
I Am The Sunshine of My Life
Isn’t I Lovely
I Do Something To Me
I’m My Everything
