News: Natalie Willliams Appointed Inaugural Artist-In-Residence at Tech Music School

Natalie Williams at Under the Bridge

Things definitely moving fast this year at the Tech Music School, founded in 1983 by Francois Seriau. They have recently been taken over by the BIMM Group, they have moved to new premises in Effie Road in Fulham, and they have just appointed an inaugural Artist in Residence : Natalie Williams.

She gave her first gig in the new role at Under The Bridge with her Soul Family cohort: Drummer Martyn Kaine, Sax Richard Beasley, Trumpet Quentin Collins, Guitar Ben Jones, (a Tech Music school alumnus), on keys Phil Peskett, bass Robin Mullarkey, and three fabulous singers: Vula, Sharlene Hector and Brendan Reilly. Their 40-minute set started centripetally with Stuck in the Middle and climaxed cleanly with Wash Him Out Of My Hair.
