News: Winners Announced at the Académie du Jazz in Paris




The 2013 winners have just been announced at the Académie du Jazz, at a ceremony at the Théâtre du Châtelet. A big thank you to our good friends at Citizen Jazz for the information.

UPDATE 18th January. See the excellent write-up of the event by Bruno Pfeiffer of Liberation, who describes Eddie Daniels’ performance that night as ‘titanesque’. NB not to be confused with Titanic.  

Django Reinhardt Prize (French Musician of the Year):
