Courtesy of Whirwlind Recordings, here is the premiere outing for the new video of Eastern Chant, a track from the new release Strata by Ivo Neame, which is launching next Tuesday 9th at the Vortex.

With Ivo on piano, personnel are Jim Hart – vibraphone, Tori Freestone – saxes, flutes, Tom Farmer – double bass, and here as ever, that master of the perfectly poised ending, just wait for it,  Dave Hamblett – drums.

On Monday we will have an interview with Ivo Neame, who will finally be lifting the lid on what it’s really like spending large chunks of your life with all those Scandinavians….
