Pianist Emile Hinton wins 2023 Musicians’ Company Tina May Young Jazz Artist Award

The winner of the 2023 Musicians’ Company Tina May Young Jazz Artist Award was pianist Emile Hinton. The winner receives a medal, £1000 plus £600 for a winners gig in the coming year at Pizza Express, Dean St.

Emile Hinton, born in Cornwall, has been playing regularly of late with Jean Toussaint.
He recently returned after a year away to complete the jazz course at Trinity Laban.
